    Never heard of the 3 weeks diet! I know that there are so many diets out there, and just as many nutrition and wellness plans.

    My guessing from this article that this is more like a plan instead of a nutrition program. Losing weight is a complex thing and one must have the right nutrition, mentality and combine exercise if they want to be successful.

      I came across the plan, saw what others are saying about it did some digging and thought this may definitely help my readers find solutions too. I also researched the author (Brain Flatt) and was quite impressed by what he has done so far.

      Also what drew my attention most is the fact that it does not contain any pill. Just simple plan that combines food, exercise and state of mind. Plus the fact that a lot of people are seeing results already tops it for me.
