Hi I am Richard U and I am the founder of Healthy Food Pursuit. I like to eat and stay healthy and I am sure everyone is doing the same or aspiring to. Over the years I have noticed that staying fit actually starts from eating healthy food. Now you may or may not have your own version of what healthy food is to you but I believe you alone understands your body system better.
From my experience I have noticed that apart from normal exercises and work outs, one can still eat simple normal healthy food and still keep fit.
For example; I have helped a pregnant lady go through the first month towards the ninth of her pregnancy without gaining or developing any stretch marks. I am no Guru or expert in all things Medical but I believe in trying and sharing tips that can help someone out there.
There are various nutrition and diet plans out there that can help one achieve these specific fitness goals but finding the ones that suit your body and responds to your goal is always the issue. I have also noticed that proper healthy food planning can help a lot if you understand your body system well and have a guide to help you.
A lot of people want to lose weight and many more want to stay fit. But a lot of us do not have a clue on how to go about this or what healthy foods to pursue or even how to cook them and hence start the wrong way.
