    I’ve been guilty of all these mistakes and especially the starvation diets repeatedly which lead me weight fluctuations, binge eating, and then no weight loss at all!

    What I find helpful is to pretty much stick to the same meals plans everyday if I don’t have the time to come up with new meals. For example:

    Breakfast: egg muffin whole wheat sandwich + green juice
    Lunch: chia pudding with hemp hearts, walnuts, almonds, almond milk
    3rd meal: chicken with veggies and carbs (whole wheat pasta, brown rice, quinoa)
    Dinner: green salad with feta and olives

    Of course it all has to be portion controlled. If I’m still hungry I eat low calorie foods like veggies.

    These mistakes goes well for many men as well, many people like myself are impatient when the pounds does not come off as quickly as I would like it too.

    Many of us start out gun hot with losing weight, my biggest problem is I over exercise which only drains my energy makes me eat more than I should.

    What about fat burners, are they safe for people to be using ?
